What you'll be doing The Assistant Manager – Distribution Center is responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, order fulfilment, dispatch, inventory control, and facility utilization. This role requires strong leadership to drive team performance in a fast-paced environment, ensuring operational accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. The Assistant Manager will coordinate cross-functional activities, maintain service standards, and support continuous improvement while upholding a safe and organized workplace. What you’ll need to succeed Key Accountability: • Maintain and improve fulfilment KPIs including inbound, put-away, outbound, and other key metrics, ensuring alignment with SLA and performance targets. • Monitor and enhance man-hour productivity across all warehouse activities to optimize workforce efficiency. • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including goods receiving, order preparation, dispatch, product manipulation, and housekeeping, ensuring timely and accurate completion. • Evaluate daily workload and effectively plan, allocate, and supervise workforce to achieve daily operational objectives. • Oversee the planning and task coordination of shift team leaders, ensuring proper shift reporting and smooth handovers between shifts. • Supervise product put-away strategies and pack key configurations in the WMS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Ensure customer requirements are fully met, maintaining service quality, responsiveness, and satisfaction. • Maintain high stock accuracy, monitor for discrepancies, and implement measures to minimize damages and stock loss. • Ensure effective communication between management and shop floor, promoting transparency and clarity across all levels. • Lead and motivate the team through briefings, coaching, and performance feedback, fostering a positive and cooperative working environment. • Identify and recommend staff training and development needs, supporting skill-building and operational excellence. • Collaborate with the warehouse manager on annual leave planning to maintain shift coverage and continuity. • Ensure efficient utilization of key resources including manpower, storage space, and equipment. • Monitor proper planning, usage, and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and consumables, ensuring operational readiness. • Enforce compliance with standard operating procedures, work instructions, and company policies, promoting consistent and safe practices. • Ensure adherence to Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental standards in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, including accurate incident reporting. • Always uphold a professional and high-quality image of the operation, both internally and externally • Possess a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end warehouse workflows, including inbound, outbound, and internal stock movements, to support continuous process optimization. • Oversee real-time shift execution by monitoring operational flow and ensuring tasks are progressing according to plan. • Utilize warehouse systems confidently, including performing basic troubleshooting and resolving first-level system issues promptly. • Support team leaders and operators by providing hands-on training and guidance on processes, tools, and system usage to maintain operational consistency and capability. Experience: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in distribution or warehouse operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role. • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of distribution processes, inventory management, and logistics. Familiarity with relevant safety and regulatory requirements. • Attributes: Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. What you'll be doing Lead and optimize warehouse operations with a primary focus on AutoStore system management, IT-supported workflows, and team performance—ensuring efficient execution of outbound processes, adherence to safety and quality standards, and continuous improvement across daily activities. Lead the AutoStore outbound team, managing daily workflows across ports to ensure smooth, timely execution. Monitor AutoStore system dashboards, coordinate task queues, and escalate technical issues to IT or Maintenance teams. Ensure bin handling, picking, and packing processes comply with AutoStore capabilities and service level agreements (SLAs). Analyze system performance metrics and proactively optimize AutoStore throughput and productivity. Supervise port operations and provide real-time support to AutoStore operators during task execution. Train team members on AutoStore handling procedures and ensure adherence to bin-based workflows. Support the Outbound Lead in planning for peak periods, system downtime, and contingency measures. Demonstrate proficiency in warehouse systems and perform first-level troubleshooting when required. Provide system and process training to operators, promoting effective tool usage and adherence to standards. Effectively lead the team in day-to-day warehouse operations including goods receipt, storage, picking, packing, rework, and dispatch. Plan and allocate work efficiently to meet daily targets while maximizing productivity and resource utilization. Provide regular performance feedback, conduct team briefings, and coach staff to support continuous improvement. Identify training needs, recommend development plans, and ensure staff maintain proper uniform and grooming standards. What you’ll need to succeed Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred. Objective: This position is responsible for the installation, inspection, servicing, and repair of air conditioning systems across the company's retail and commercial facilities. The role ensures optimal performance of HVAC equipment, compliance with safety standards, and efficient resolution of technical issues to support smooth business operations. Key Responsibility: Review technical blueprints and layouts to determine AC servicing requirements. Troubleshoot, and maintenance of DX systems, window AC units, FCU units, and related HVAC components. Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and performance tests to ensure optimal equipment functioning. Diagnose faults, replace defective parts, and calibrate thermostats and controls. Perform emergency repairs in a timely manner to minimize operational disruptions. Ensure proper recovery, handling, and disposal of refrigerants in accordance with environmental standards. Monitor equipment performance parameters, such as temperature levels, fuel usage, and system cycles, and log relevant data. Desired Experience: The ideal Manager - CSR & Sustainability in a retail company should have 5-7 years of progressive experience in CSR/Sustainability. POSITION OBJECTIVE - The position is responsible for increasing business revenues - The position is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures required as per Retail standards across stores to drive the business and gain customer satisfaction - Oversee the recruiting, hiring and training needs of the store, and efficient decision making to enhance the overall performance of the store - Represent the brand by maximizing and contributing to the sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience - Provide leadership and support to all the employees Key Responsibilities Sales and profitability: - Achieve quantitative measures of performance in the following areas: Units per transaction, Average transaction value, sales per month, sales per square feet, sales turnover, shrinkage control, increase in conversion percentage - Set store sales target to maximize the sales and profitability - Guide Area Managers and Stores Managers to maximize productivity in stores through effective utilization of the available resources - Effective management of the operational costs, reduction in operational costs by automation - Adhere and enforce Company SOP, Policies and procedures; loss prevention audit guidelines in all the stores. Also monitor the measures to ensure compliance by all the employees - Oversea the implementation and execution of the Visual Merchandising guidelines are followed at all the stores at all times - Recruit and train the staff on sales techniques, customer service, teamwork, and other etiquettes as per the company and brand requirements - Evaluate the performance of the employees annually and promote open lines of communication through coaching and motivation - Interpret and make decision on operations and visual standards based on store and client's needs Employee development - Identify store training and development needs in conjunction with the Brand General Manager and training department - Formulate a succession plan, in conjunction with the Brand General Manager - Set KPI's and KRA's for direct subordinates and conduct performance appraisal and feedback - Involve in the selection and recruitment of the operational staff, when required - Ensure technical and behavioral proficiency of staff through appropriate Learning and Development initiatives Communication - Conduct regional sales and operations meetings on regular basis - Provide frequent feedback to the Area Managers and Store Managers on their performances, in relation to company's performance - Ensure brand participation in loyalty program 'Club Apparel' - Weekly meeting with GM and Sr. Management to discuss business plan V/s Achievements and improvement areas Stock Management - Monitor store inventory in consultation with Brand General Manager and Brand Managers - Promote a proactive relationship between GM, Area Manager, Brand Manager, Store Manager and the Buyers/Planners thereby maximizing sales - Monitor slow-moving and out-dated stock, in consultation with Brand Managers - Ensure stock security measures are effectively managed by Store Managers Store design and projects Management - Involve in the design and layout process of the new store projects - Design a "New Store Schedule' prior to commencement of design process - Provide guidance to concept Architect during the design and implementation process - Conduct regular Project update meetings with the Projects team - Provide guidance and support to territory during set-up and merchandising phase Miscellaneous - Ensure enhanced brand visibility and provide inputs for marketing and brand awareness - Handling legal responsibilities related to store management/store opening/planning

Key Responsibilities: - Resolve technical problems and investigate elevated issues by confirming the validity of the problem. - Basic Knowledge of AC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Alarm system particularly of busy commercial Building & Warehouse. - Knowledge and experience in BMS panel & field device termination work. - Experience in involving BMS testing & commissioning activities. - Coordinate with MEP staff & 3rd party for all kind of maintenance activities. - Able to read BMS drawings based on pipe, duct, containment and all other MEP site installation. - Conducts frequent site verification if required. - Recommends changes for improvement in the system, methods and procedures. - Understand and instruct team for adhering local safety regulation.

Understand the concepts and initial design intent, and apply this into a graphic representation. This may involve reproducing the concept into a graphic form, or may involve interpretation and artistic design ability to represent the ideas in a graphic form and into photo-realistic 3D renderings and animations. - Read and accurately interpret architectural illustrations, 2D CAD files, or other 3D modeling data, as specified within projects and realizing those designs as compelling imagery. - Develop and maintain a software library suitable for architectural rendering needs and applications. - Assist the wider teams in refining workflows as well as supporting and training architectural and landscape staff to refine visuals as an integrated element of the design process. - Provide efficient modeling and converting of data sets from CAD or other 3D modeling packages. - Undertake 2D image compositing, finishing and retouching operations on 3D renderings.
