    POSITION OBJECTIVE The position is responsible to support the training mission by taking advantage of changing skills and quality development initiatives in order to train the Food and Beverage teams according to F&B values, policies and procedures Key Responsibilities: - Conduct a training need analysis with the help of Training Manager. - Devise and communicate a monthly and weekly departmental training plan and actively schedule team members for F&B Training. - Ensure that a comprehensive and up-to-date F&B manual, as well as F&B policies & procedures and task breakdowns are available and that every team member receives a personal copy. - Coordinate that every new team member receives F&B orientation and has absolved their training check list within the first week of employment. - Ensure that training attendance per team member is documented. - Communicate and train on F&B standards and policies and procedures. - Maximize employee productivity and morale w ithin the store and consistently maintain discipline within the F&B guidelines and local regulations. - Research and design new training programs. Stock Coordinator works closely with store management, sales associates, and other team members to uphold a high standard of organization. Key Responsibility: Process: Receive merchandize and count it physically and electronically in order to ensure accuracy of information Inspect the quality of the products and report the discrepancies to store manager / assistant store manager about damaged products. Ensure proper storage and handling of merchandise to prevent damage. Classify and stock the products in the stock room as per the store procedures to ensure quick availability of the product. Tag the newly arrived stock and / or return the products as per the instruction of senior Assist the sales staff in replenishing stocks on the shelves in order to ensure availability of products at all times Ensure awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store without any negligence Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping standards Flexible to work for extended hours during the Sale / Festival period Must be physically fit and ability of heavy lifting of around 10kgs of weight. What you'll be doing Develop trustworthy relationship with the Business Units to drive financial management and processes. Support operations in preparing P&L projection, analysis of financial viability of new investments and budget follow-up. Organize internal and external reporting; make constructive proposals and act as an internal consultancy to Managing Director, Finance Director and Business units’ Managers to monitor the business. Evaluate business proposals with complete analysis of economic impact on business Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry and economic conditions for use in making decisions.
