What you'll be doing Market Support & Coordination Act as a day-to-day liaison between the global loyalty team and local market stakeholders. Support the implementation and localization of loyalty initiatives, promotions, and benefit structures per market. Maintain an up-to-date tracker of market launch progress, timelines, and deliverables. Reporting & Analysis Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports by market, highlighting KPIs such as member acquisition, engagement, redemption, and satisfaction. Analyze loyalty program data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across markets. Assist in preparing presentations and business cases for leadership and regional teams. Program Operations & Optimization Support operational readiness for market launches, including system configuration, QA testing, benefit uploads, and content coordination. Help document processes and share best practices across markets. Track and escalate issues related to platform performance, benefit fulfillment, or member experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, CVP, CRM, Legal, Ops, Tech) to ensure each market has the support and inputs needed for smooth program delivery. Assist in coordinating vendor or partner involvement related to market-specific loyalty needs Training & Frontline Enablement Act as the main point of contact for store staff inquiries related to loyalty. Create simple training materials, toolkits, and guides to facilitate program understanding. Conduct refresher sessions to sustain staff engagement and performance. Track and report the effectiveness of training on KPIs such as enrollment, engagement, and customer satisfaction. What you'll be doing Manage onboarding process, including all required new hire paperwork and scheduling initial onboarding activities. Assist with exit surveys, system access, and reporting. Ensure government compliance documentation is updated accordingly. Perform internal audits as necessary to support business unit needs. Engage in employee life cycle activities. Partner with various departments to support resource needs. Other general/administrative duties will be assigned as necessary. What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree in human resources / business Administration. Fresh Graduate. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
