Job description

Position Objective

Oversee daily shift operations, guide Crew staff, and ensure smooth Guest Experiences at Sandbox VR and IGB Gamebox.

Key Responsibility

- Supervise and coach Crew Members during shifts.

- Host pre-shift briefings and align team goals.

- Handle escalated guest concerns and apply Guest Recovery.

- Monitor equipment and technology performance.

- Assist in staff training and onboarding.

- Track shift performance and report to Assistant Manager."

  • Supervise and mentor Crew Members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Conduct engaging pre-shift briefings, aligning team goals and strategies for efficient operations.
  • Empathically handle guest concerns and implement effective Guest Recovery strategies.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and technology, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
  • Assist in staff training and onboarding, ensuring new hires are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Track shift performance, analyze data, and provide insightful reports for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, promoting a safe, professional, and inclusive workplace.
  • Build and nurture strong guest relationships, embodying our commitment to exceptional hospitality.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments for seamless operations and a unified, cohesive approach.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or hospitality, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire, motivate, and guide a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a guest-centric approach and a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in using technology and a willingness to adapt to new systems and processes.
  • A customer-oriented mindset, backed by a history of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills for effective task management and prioritization.
  • A flexible and adaptable work attitude, open to varied shifts and a dynamic work environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a college degree or relevant certifications.
  • Previous experience in staff training and development is highly advantageous.
  • A genuine passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the retail industry and its trends.
