What you'll be doing To ensure accurate and efficient warehouse operations with a focus on AutoStore system handling, order fulfilment, and inventory management. Operate AutoStore ports for order picking and bin handling in accordance with system workflows. Pack items retrieved from AutoStore bins accurately and apply correct shipping documentation. Close completed AutoStore orders and transfer them to the dispatch staging area. Report any bin mismatches, port issues, or system irregularities to the Senior Operative or Automation Team Leader. Keep the AutoStore workspace clean, organized, and free of obstructions to ensure smooth operation. Perform goods receiving functions including offloading, checking, and put-away of all incoming consignments. Accurately pick and pack customer orders as per specified requirements. Ensure proper checking, dispatch, and vehicle loading in line with dispatch documentation. Carry out value-added services such as scanning, cello wrapping, heat shrinking, and labelling as required. Support accurate stock replenishment and assist with stock counts, verifications, or other assigned tasks. Handle stock with care, report damages or discrepancies, and maintain order in the warehouse. Follow all standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and work instructions, and report any operational issues to the supervisor What you’ll need to succeed Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations or a related field is advantageous but not required. On-the-job training will be provided. Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks. Knowledge: Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping/receiving processes is beneficial. Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. What you'll be doing The Assistant Manager – Distribution Center is responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, order fulfilment, dispatch, inventory control, and facility utilization. This role requires strong leadership to drive team performance in a fast-paced environment, ensuring operational accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. The Assistant Manager will coordinate cross-functional activities, maintain service standards, and support continuous improvement while upholding a safe and organized workplace. Experience: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in distribution or warehouse operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role. • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of distribution processes, inventory management, and logistics. What you'll be doing Lead and optimize warehouse operations with a primary focus on AutoStore system management, IT-supported workflows, and team performance—ensuring efficient execution of outbound processes, adherence to safety and quality standards, and continuous improvement across daily activities. Lead the AutoStore outbound team, managing daily workflows across ports to ensure smooth, timely execution. Monitor AutoStore system dashboards, coordinate task queues, and escalate technical issues to IT or Maintenance teams. Effectively lead the team in day-to-day warehouse operations including goods receipt, storage, picking, packing, rework, and dispatch.     POSITION OBJECTIVE The position is responsible to support the training mission by taking advantage of changing skills and quality development initiatives in order to train the Food and Beverage teams according to F&B values, policies and procedures Key Responsibilities: - Conduct a training need analysis with the help of Training Manager. - Devise and communicate a monthly and weekly departmental training plan and actively schedule team members for F&B Training. - Ensure that a comprehensive and up-to-date F&B manual, as well as F&B policies & procedures and task breakdowns are available and that every team member receives a personal copy. - Coordinate that every new team member receives F&B orientation and has absolved their training check list within the first week of employment. - Ensure that training attendance per team member is documented. - Communicate and train on F&B standards and policies and procedures. - Maximize employee productivity and morale within the store and consistently maintain discipline within the F&B guidelines and local regulations. - Research and design new training programs. In-store / Out Door Media Planning - Ensure that the entire out-door media facilities are at the prime locations to attract customers (bill boards/ hoardings). - Ensure time frame and seasonality peaks are met. - Get preferential rates based on group's economy of scale and tactical negotiations. - Ensure that the outdoor media communication is replaced regularly with images and captions. - Co-coordinate with the territories and the brand principles as necessary on the media advertising. - Ensure consistency in the brand image. - Provide innovative solutions and proposals for new POS materials for stores/Brand. Budgeting & Planning: - Prepare the annual marketing budget for the Brand in consultation with the management team and allocate resources to territories / brands with the break up in terms of season, campaign, media etc. - Prepare annual marketing calendar and Product specification catalogs. - Review the budgets and make recommendations to the management as deemed necessary. - Report on the utilization of the Budgets periodically. - Ensure budget is effectively and efficiently utilized. Media Groups Management: - Plan and coordinate with Corporate Marketing on media buying. - Track advertising maintained with the Media Groups / Agencies. - Review the effectiveness of advertisement promos and take corrective actions. - Set agency deliverables with respect to the brand's communication strategy. - Responsible for all approvals on the brand and marketing in coordination with brand and management. - Ensure utilize internal manpower to achieve quality output. Market Research: - Conduct periodic market research to study the customer profile / preferences and buying patterns, in coordination with Corporate Marketing. - Conduct market research to study the effectiveness of the media campaign and with respect to the money spent. - Set goals and parameters for the Marketing Research, ensuring a meaningful output that can be utilized to develop plans and strategies. Others: - Negotiate with vendors / media groups and printers. - Create opportunities for Cross Promotion (i.e. Banks, Airline, other retail brands) and co-branding. - Plan with editors for PR and media coverage in consultation with Brand Head and Group Corporate communication & PR. - Manage the loyalty program/privilege clubs of the brands and recommend strategies to ensure increase in the perception level of the program. - Recommend strategies to Club Apparel team to increase membership in the Loyalty Program and provide support in sending mailers/brochures to privilege club members. - Represent the Brands at media and marketing events i.e to understand the essence and the fashion part of each of the brand to enable representing those brands as an ambassador in marketing related needs. - Conduct territory and market visits to assess implementation of marketing / branding guidelines and source competitive intelligence. - Keep abreast of best practices in marketing, global retail brands, competitive / strategic marketing initiatives and trends. - Be close to stores and territories to know the customers and the market trend. - Be abreast to the competition in the same sectors to enable market share knowledge. - Coordinate with mall management to ensure capitalize on their activities, and utilize opportunities. - Be abreast with seasonal launches and product heroes, and brand thematic displays.

The Manager - Treasury is responsible for overseeing the company's cash flow, liquidity management, banking relationships, and financial risk management. The role ensures optimal fund utilization, investment planning, debt management, and compliance with treasury policies. The position plays a key role in supporting the organization's financial health, ensuring efficient capital structuring, and aligning treasury strategies with business goals. Responsibility: 1. Cash Flow & Liquidity Management: Oversee cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning to ensure sufficient working capital. Optimize the use of company funds, ensuring efficient cash allocation. Monitor and manage foreign exchange (FX) exposure and hedge risks where necessary. Ensure timely cash repatriation, fund transfers, and remittances across different business units and regions. 2. Banking & Relationship Management: Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiating optimal terms for loans, credit facilities, and other banking services. Optimize banking structures, ensuring seamless fund flows and cost-effective transactions. Coordinate and maintain banking mandates, facilities, and reconciliations. 3. Debt & Investment Management: Monitor and manage short-term and long-term borrowings, ensuring adherence to financial covenants. Work with CFO on capital structuring, loan agreements, and financing strategies. Identify and evaluate investment opportunities to enhance financial returns and minimize risk. 4. Treasury Operations & Compliance: Develop and implement treasury policies, controls, and risk management strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance policies related to treasury activities. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support financial audits and regulatory filings. 5. Financial Risk & Hedging Strategies: Monitor currency, interest rate, and market risks, implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies. Evaluate and execute hedging strategies to protect against financial exposure. Conduct risk assessments related to treasury activities and propose solutions for risk minimization. 6. Treasury Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Provide monthly and quarterly treasury reports, including cash flow statements, investment reports, and debt schedules. Prepare and present treasury MIS reports, variance analyses, and cost-saving opportunities. Track treasury KPIs and identify areas for process improvement. 7. Business Partnering & Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations teams to align treasury strategies with business needs. Support CFO in making strategic financial decisions, including mergers, acquisitions, and new market expansions. Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies for sustainable growth. Qualification: An ideal Manager - Treasury should possess 7+ years of experience in treasury, cash flow management, and banking relations with strong knowledge of financial instruments, debt financing, and risk management along with proficiency in treasury management systems (TMS), ERP (SAP, Oracle), and financial modeling.
