What you'll be doing Lead and optimize warehouse operations with a primary focus on AutoStore system management, IT-supported workflows, and team performance—ensuring efficient execution of outbound processes, adherence to safety and quality standards, and continuous improvement across daily activities. Lead the AutoStore outbound team, managing daily workflows across ports to ensure smooth, timely execution. Monitor AutoStore system dashboards, coordinate task queues, and escalate technical issues to IT or Maintenance teams. Ensure bin handling, picking, and packing processes comply with AutoStore capabilities and service level agreements (SLAs). Analyze system performance metrics and proactively optimize AutoStore throughput and productivity. Supervise port operations and provide real-time support to AutoStore operators during task execution. Train team members on AutoStore handling procedures and ensure adherence to bin-based workflows. Support the Outbound Lead in planning for peak periods, system downtime, and contingency measures. Demonstrate proficiency in warehouse systems and perform first-level troubleshooting when required. Provide system and process training to operators, promoting effective tool usage and adherence to standards. Operate AutoStore ports for order picking and bin handling in accordance with system workflows. Pack items retrieved from AutoStore bins accurately and apply correct shipping documentation. Close completed AutoStore orders and transfer them to the dispatch staging area. Report any bin mismatches, port issues, or system irregularities to the Senior Operative or Automation Team Leader. Keep the AutoStore workspace clean, organized, and free of obstructions to ensure smooth operation. Perform goods receiving functions including offloading, checking, and put-away of all incoming consignments. Accurately pick and pack customer orders as per specified requirements. Ensure proper checking, dispatch, and vehicle loading in line with dispatch documentation. Carry out value-added services such as scanning, cello wrapping, heat shrinking, and labelling as required. Support accurate stock replenishment and assist with stock counts, verifications, or other assigned tasks. Handle stock with care, report damages or discrepancies, and maintain order in the warehouse. Follow all standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and work instructions, and report any operational issues to the supervisor What you’ll need to succeed Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. What you'll be doing Build and develop customs related strategy for the group across the different countries in the region. Maintain and further develop existing relationships with customs agencies and government authorities for goods classification and declaration. Maximize the relationship with suppliers and customs brokers. Analyse economic impact in case of modification of product origin or classification. Audit Management: Ensure all shipments are properly recorded in the systems and manage potential audit requests for information from authorities Stakeholder Communication and Meetings: Attend operational meetings with Freight Forwarders, Customs, Customers, and other stakeholders to discuss and resolve any operational challenges and service performance issues. Reporting and Continuous Improvement: Provide accurate reporting and analysis as per management requirements. Additional Responsibilities: Team Development and Support: Train, guide, and support team members in the execution of required tasks. What you'll be doing Our Senior Associate – Brand Marketing is responsible for providing professional support in a wide range of marketing activities, working closely with Brand Executives commercial and administrative teams. What you'll be doing We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and elevate our Talent Acquisition function in KSA. In this role, you will report to the Director of People & Culture and will oversee the operational management of the TA division, ensuring seamless hiring journeys and setting the benchmark for talent excellence across the region. You will drive a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class recruitment services, with a strong emphasis on service delivery, KPI/SLA management, and continuous improvement. With a keen eye for process optimization and innovation, you will identify opportunities to enhance efficiency while strengthening both stakeholder partnerships and the overall candidate experience Key Focus Areas Business Operations & Change Management: Own all operational aspects of TA within KSA, including SLA design and implementation, workflow optimization, and best-practice roll-out in alignment with HQ. Drive continuous improvement, identify inefficiencies, and ensure user adoption of new processes. Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of TA partners across the KSA market, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and delivery excellence. Strategy Development: Build and execute recruitment operations strategies that deliver outstanding candidate and stakeholder experiences. Partner with Communications and HQ to strengthen internal and external TA branding, events, and partnerships. University & Talent Partnerships: Develop and drive recruitment strategies, talent pooling and long-term pipelines through business schools, universities, and key networks. Career Events & Assessment Centers: Oversee the planning and delivery of recruitment initiatives such as career fairs, assessment centers, and related hiring events to attract and engage top talent Reporting & Analytics: Define, track, and report on key TA metrics (KPIs, ROI) to measure performance and impact. Leverage data and technology to optimize recruitment processes, reporting, and decision-making. What you’ll need to succeed Only Saudi nationals will be considered for this role Industry Background & Education: Ideally experienced within retail or related people-centric industries such as FMCG, hospitality, or services, bringing strong exposure to high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments. A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Experience: Solid background in Talent Acquisition Management within a well-structured, large-scale organization, with a focus on operational delivery Leadership: Proven experience managing teams of 6+ members, with a servant leadership style that inspires, supports, and leads by example Operational Excellence: Strong ability to manage day-to-day TA operations, ensure process consistency, and drive service delivery at scale Representation & Public Speaking: Confident and articulate, able to represent the Group externally — speaking at panels, leading university events, and building relationships with ministries and government entities Language Skills: Fluent in formal Arabic and English, able to communicate confidently and professionally across diverse stakeholders Personal Attributes: Charismatic, people-oriented, collaborative, and grounded — a true ambassador for the Group, with a passion for engaging talent and motivating teams Travel: The role requires travel within KSA (primarily between Jeddah, Riyadh) Remote Team Management: Previous experience managing or collaborating with remote teams would be considered a strong advantage What we can offer you With us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
