Objective: The Manager - CSR & Sustainability will be responsible for executing CSR programs and supporting sustainability initiatives aligned with the organization's priorities. The role involves hands-on program management, data tracking, compliance support, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of initiatives that create social and environmental value. Key Responsibility: Program Implementation Manage on-ground execution of CSR projects in areas such as education, health, environment, and community development. Coordinate with partner NGOs and vendors for project delivery and documentation. Track project milestones, budgets, and ensure timely reporting of outcomes. Sustainability Operations Support sustainability initiatives like energy and waste audits, green office practices, and awareness campaigns. Collect and analyze data for environmental KPIs and ESG reporting. Stakeholder Coordination Maintain communication with implementation partners, vendors, and relevant government bodies. Support internal stakeholder alignment and facilitate employee volunteer programs. Compliance & Reporting Support Ensure documentation and reporting aligned with Companies Act CSR guidelines. Assist in impact assessments, monitoring frameworks, and audit documentation. Communication Compile updates, case studies, and success stories for internal communication and sustainability reports. Assist in organizing CSR events, drives, and awareness campaigns. Desired Experience: The ideal Manager - CSR & Sustainability in a retail company should have 5-7 years of progressive experience in CSR/Sustainability. Proven success in driving high level cross functional collaboration, enhancing customer engagement, and achieving & exceeding sales KPI targets for stores.

What you'll be doing Our CSR and Sustainability Partner is responsible for leading the implementation of projects and supporting the operational demands of the business’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy. This role enables growth in programs related to environmental sustainability and community investment, aligning with the Group’s CSR vision: to drive sustainable development in the Middle East while adding value to the business. What you’ll need to succeed Keep abreast of international trends, new regulatory affairs and new technologies Support the CSR Specialist in all needed documentation to apply for CSR labels and awards Join key sustainable groups and use platform to keep abreast of new trends and regulatory changes. Set and update sustainable supply chain processes Launch initiatives and secure the buy-in of internal stakeholders (Group EHS & Security, Logistics, HR) Manage the development of software tools (with internal and external partners) to measure the consumption Ensure the development of initiatives that are relevant towards the environment (energy efficiency measures, waste management, resource optimization (water, paper, toner and electricity)) Manage all CSR communication tools: intranet, website, newsletter, corporate magazine Assist in developing sustainability reports and tools for benchmarking performance Manage partnerships with local community & government organizations and charities Coordinate across different business units for efforts related to social and environmental performance What we can offer you With us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
