What you'll be doing To ensure accurate and efficient warehouse operations with a focus on AutoStore system handling, order fulfilment, and inventory management. Operate AutoStore ports for order picking and bin handling in accordance with system workflows. Pack items retrieved from AutoStore bins accurately and apply correct shipping documentation. Close completed AutoStore orders and transfer them to the dispatch staging area. Report any bin mismatches, port issues, or system irregularities to the Senior Operative or Automation Team Leader. Keep the AutoStore workspace clean, organized, and free of obstructions to ensure smooth operation. Perform goods receiving functions including offloading, checking, and put-away of all incoming consignments. Accurately pick and pack customer orders as per specified requirements. Ensure proper checking, dispatch, and vehicle loading in line with dispatch documentation. Carry out value-added services such as scanning, cello wrapping, heat shrinking, and labelling as required. Support accurate stock replenishment and assist with stock counts, verifications, or other assigned tasks. Handle stock with care, report damages or discrepancies, and maintain order in the warehouse. Follow all standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and work instructions, and report any operational issues to the supervisor What you’ll need to succeed Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations or a related field is advantageous but not required. On-the-job training will be provided. Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks. Knowledge: Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping/receiving processes is beneficial. Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. What you'll be doing LPO preparation for distribution vehicle service, repair, and vehicle hired Data entry for driver-related information to produce required data for monthly end-reporting Filing and other clerical tasks. Update trip sheet, and vehicle log sheet and maintain data on Excel sheets for reporting purposes Update, analyze and maintain distribution expenses (toll charge, petrol card, fuel charges, vehicle registration, maintenance charges, etc. Track and report distribution running me and delivery time File and maintain all delivery manual notes, good receipt notes and replenishment order Immediately report any breach in procedures, company policy or security to the supervisor management. Ensure that the department keeps a high standard of health and safety and environmental performance as per OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001. Report all incidents, of any nature and however caused, to their immediate superior completing all necessary documentation promptly and accurately Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse any equipment provided for ensuring health, safety or welfare. POSITION OBJECTIVE The purpose of this role is to ensure new products get uploaded on the website with the right attributes and photos in a timely manner Key Responsibilities: - To coordinate with the brands' team to obtain list of new products to be uploaded on the website. - To collate all product information from all the brands and submit the list to the studio team on a weekly basis. -To ensure products' information, categorization and photo is correct before they are uploaded on the website. - To check for re-shoots, making sure items that need reshooting are available for the relevant studio team(s) and make sure they are done promptly and efficiently . - To ensure smooth movement of samples through the brand teams, inventory and studio with respect to deadlines, quality and accuracy. - To manage studio schedule. - To support Buyer & Merchandising Manager in producing reports to the business.
