    Position Objective: Responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers, maintaining store standards, achieving financial targets and relaying feedback about customers and products to relevant role holders. What you'll be doing Manpower planning against the shipment planned for the day. Based on validation of packing list against the received units,confirm the shipment in SIOCS application. Monitor the discrepancy and damage units report and effectively coordinate with supply chain. Monitor order flow timelines to ensure on timely shipment handover to LM. Monitor staff packing performance(target vs actual). Periodic refresher training for all to ensure all process are well verse by packer. On time customer care updating in case of any kind of product discrepancy in order fulfillment. Packing quality improvement by ensure no damage products are packed while handling over to last mile. Coordinate with IT or respective team in regards any kind development or issue pertain to packing. Weekly reporting and analysis of damage send and packing related customer complaints. Execute tasks in accordance with the rules and procedures of the company. What you’ll need to succeed Minimum of 3 experience in E-Commerce or Logistics, best if both. The role requires leading around 25 staffs including internal and external teams. E-commerce/Logistics experience is mandatory; English is required and Arabic is preferred.
