Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Lead, train, and motivate warehouse team members to achieve performance standards and productivity targets. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems (WMS). Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards. Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to improve workflow and reduce errors. Schedule and assign work to staff while maintaining optimal labor utilization. Inspect equipment, tools, and work areas to ensure proper operation and safety. Communicate effectively with logistics, procurement, and production teams to coordinate supply chain activities. Prepare reports on warehouse performance metrics (e.g., order accuracy, on-time shipping, inventory discrepancies). Assist in planning and executing warehouse layout, space utilization, and resource management. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, and safety standards. Ability to lift and move heavy materials and work in a fast-paced environment. Core Competencies:
